How do we store your data?
TKH securely stores your data at our premises on the First Floor of Forte Lynne House, Letterkenny, County Donegal, Ireland. The office is secure and is always locked, and your records are kept in a locked storage unit within this locked office. Out of hours, the building’s main door is locked. This means that your personal information is behind between two and four locks at any given time.
TKH will retain your marketing data for as long as you allow, i.e. until you choose to opt-out. TKH will retain your personal information for the length of time that you remain a client, if or when you choose to no longer use the services of TKH, you can alert TKH and your information will be disposed of, in the appropriate manner.
Marketing
TKH would like to send you information about our services that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive promotional emails, you may always opt-out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop TKH from contacting you for marketing purposes. It you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, click “opt-out” at the bottom of any previous marketing email or contact us.
